Terms & Conditions – FAVIE Shop

1. General & Operator Information

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all access to and purchases made through shop.favie.me (the “Store” or “Services”).

The Store is operated under the brand FAVIE Shop, which is part of FAVIE Group, a sole proprietorship operated by:

By accessing the Store or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Services

FAVIE Shop offers a broad range of products, including but not limited to:

  • Physical products (e.g. fashion, footwear, bags, jewelry, home & living items, décor, art, lifestyle items, and merchandise)
  • Digital products (e.g. downloads, planners, templates, worksheets, trackers, guides, recipes, tools)
  • Physical and digital products related to FAVIE Academy

Important clarification regarding FAVIE Academy

Online courses and educational programs under FAVIE Academy are currently offered via a separate platform (Podia) at www.favie.me/academy and are governed by the terms and conditions of that platform.

Unless explicitly stated, courses are not sold, hosted, or delivered via shop.favie.me.

3. Order Process & Contract Formation

  • Product listings constitute an invitation to order and do not represent a legally binding offer.
  • A binding purchase contract is formed only upon issuance of an order confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including availability issues, errors, or suspected misuse or abuse.

4. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
  • Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply to international shipments.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers supported by Shopify.
  • We do not store full payment card or banking details.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

  • Physical products are produced and shipped on a made-to-order basis.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays caused by production processes, shipping providers, customs clearance, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to compensation.

Fulfillment & Third-Party Production

Physical products may be produced, packaged, and shipped by carefully selected third-party manufacturing or fulfillment partners, including international suppliers. Product characteristics, packaging, and delivery routes may therefore vary depending on the item ordered.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds – Physical Products (Strict Policy)

Because physical products are produced on demand and/or fulfilled via third-party manufacturing or fulfillment partners, the following strict policy applies:

No returns or exchanges are accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • Personal preference

Refunds or replacements are granted only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or misprinted
  • The issue is reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Clear photo evidence is provided

If approved, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.

Made-to-order acknowledgment

By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges that physical products are manufactured specifically on demand and that, to the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, no statutory right of withdrawal applies to non-defective goods.

7. Digital Products (No Refunds)

  • Digital products are delivered electronically.
  • All digital sales are final.
  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are possible once access or download has been provided.

This applies to all digital files, tools, planners, templates, worksheets, guides, recipes, and similar content.

8. Academy-Related Products

  • Products sold on shop.favie.me that reference FAVIE Academy do not include course access unless explicitly stated.
  • All Academy courses purchased via www.favie.me/academy are governed exclusively by the terms of that platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, products, designs, texts, visuals, graphics, audio, video, templates, and materials offered through the Store are protected by intellectual property laws.

Digital products are licensed for personal use only.

They may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, adapted, or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Guarantees & Professional Advice

All products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, suitability, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Digital tools & templates

Digital tools, templates, career materials, and legal document templates are provided for informational and personal use only. They do not constitute legal, professional, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to their individual situation and jurisdiction.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.
  • Mandatory liability under Swiss law for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, technical failures, or governmental actions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time for legal, technical, or operational reasons.
