Weekender Bag “Saathi” – Turquoise Kolam

Where clarity meets tradition – this oversized weekender tote features my original “Sikku Kolam” design, hand-drawn and digitally composed to reflect the sacred threshold art of South India. I created this turquoise version for my mother – her favorite color, and a tone that reminds me of ocean light and temple silks. It’s fresh, calming, and quietly powerful.

In my van, I use this color when I need a little lift – for spa days, train rides, or weekend trips to the lake. It pairs beautifully with white or neutral clothing, and the oversized size lets me carry everything at once without losing elegance. Whether I fill it with oils and incense or beauty tools and books, it always feels like a piece of home.

The white rope handles and cream lining soften the look, while the clean kolam geometry keeps it grounded. It’s not just a travel bag – it’s a reminder of culture, connection, and simple beauty.
